Its a cylinder primitive with morphs which can be used to morph the cylinder into various table like shapes. Also included is a D-Formers preset with d-formers I used to make morphs, so you can use them to make additional morphs.

After installing it, you should be able to find it in content library, DAZ Studio Formats, under Props / Glam / MorphingTable

Non commercial and comercial renders are fine. Non-commercial distribution is fine as well.  « Less
