Buddhist Armour - A Few Fixes + More Figure Mappings

I've now mapped the 'Kao Yod Set 1' tattoo layout to Sixus 1's Adam2 and HIM, and to Genesis Basic Male/Female and Genesis 2 Female

I've also corrected the mappings for Michael 4, The FREAK 4, She Freak 4 and Genesis Base (I'd forgotten that the UV-maps for generation 4 torso and limbs overlay each other and I'd put torso and limb tattoo masks on the same image! That's fixed here.)

Several Genesis/generation 4 mappings now have two images to apply a single tattoo set. All images use the following name format so it should be esy to find the correct image:

Genesis mappings are a large part of this package, and Genesis doesn't seem to use standard materials, so my DAZ Studio 'Apply Tattoo' BETA script isn't much use with them. I've included a 4 page PDF that briefly explains how to apply the tattoos using DAZ Studio's Layered Image Editor.
