The character is called Morena because she's inspired by the actress from Firefly, V and Homeland with the same name.
If you think she does look like Morena Baccarin, then great. If not, then I'm sure it'll be a good base to add adjustments via the DAZ morphpacks to get a closer resemblance. I'm sure I could've done a better job if I was prepared to spend more time on it, but I wasn't, so it isn't, hehehe (yeah, those nostrils are a bit big etc etc).
Either way, I think the enclosed head morph is good enough to be a useful character in its own right, irrespective of any apparent celebrity resemblance... but I would say that, wouldn't I? ;)
