This shows potential for a lot of uses though. Even now (aside from lack of erythema/redness) it could work for for hives-- I think unlike acne, I've never had hives As far as acne, you'd need some sort of randomizer for height and diameter for most realistic effect. A future version might also be useful for a bumpy-skinned race or something, or for ritual scarifications.

I agree IceEmpress, this particular construction only does points and the points don't come across very well unless you are doing an extreme closeup. They do need to be bigger. So it's back to the drawing board for this one.

While I love the concept, and grateful, and think this is a nice start, those zits really need some inflammation on and surrounding them, otherwise it looks like the character is either wearing makeup or has raised follicles resulting from hyperkeratosis or something (hyperkeratosis generally causes raised bumps only on the arms and legs-- esp. on the knees and elbows-- which this would be great more …
