This is a simple .duf shader to be applied to a very large plane in the Surfaces pane in DAZ Studio 4.5+.

In order for it to work to its best advantage, your scene must contain a Skybox with lights such as Predatron's Essential Lights and Skies at Daz 3D. I used the Cumulus Cloud set. Lower the Skybox on the Y -axis until the bottom edge is hidden by the water plane. Then tilt the Camera in the X-axis until you're pointing a bit downward at the plane surface.

You can extract the zip to Your DAZ (Whatever) Library. Then it can be found under Shaders/Tjohn/.
