Effect: The effect of the OBJ is to insert one spider earring into a scene, based on the earrings worn by Narcissa Malfoy in the Harry Potter movie franchise. Please note the following:
- The raw OBJ is not scaled to a particular figure. You will need to scale it and position it to your figure, once for each ear.
- There are, however, basic Daz wearable preset files provided that position and scale the OBJ for Victoria 4, Genesis, Genesis 2 Female, and Dawn in the zero position. These are under Presets/Wearables/Narcissa Earrings. Check that they are parented to the figure's head before re-posing.
- A *very* basic texture file is provided, but this is only intended to get you started. Where possible, you should use specialist metallic shaders (or glass shaders for the pearl). You might like to consider Metallize! and Metalized Glass for Daz, or Poser equivalents.
- The earring includes post and butterfly clip, which are in separate material zones and can be made invisible via opacity settings.
Testing: Tested and working in Daz Studio 4.6 Pro x64. The wearables preset does not appear to work with Poser, so as with other programs, you will need to import the OBJ file and manually scale, position, and texture.
