This set contains two models: One 640 ft x 350 ft long section with a straight two lane rural roadway with soft shoulder (the unpaved area on the side of the road) and a large area of terrain on either side of the roadway. The set also has a smaller section 160 ft x 350 ft of the same roadway, in case you need a smaller section and don't want to fuss a big section. The larger section actually is comprised of four smaller sections, which I went through the trouble of aligning and parenting, so you wont have to... the soft shoulders and side terrain can be turned on and off in the hierarchy window if you need to. « Less
