There is a medieval chair for sale on DAZ 3D which makes for a good start point to form the trunk of the lampstand.

I also had to work off a canvas texture file to make the lampstand lampshade.

The 3d modelling tutorial takes existing (cheap) models from daz 3d and edits them into completely different models (here chairs and tents into a lampstand and shade!)
