The textures are free to use in conjunction with your personal or commercial images/products.  Textures are set up to be used in Poser, but can be used in any 2D/3D program that accepts .jpg images.  

The Poser materials are just an added bonus to the sets, and not to be used in any free/commercial products.  There are separate materials for each 'regular' sample materials that allow you to change the color of the tiles. Not tested in Daz Studio. See readme for usage details/tips. « Less
