THIS IS A BIG FILE.

This MR was originally created by BluEcho and with her kind permission is being put back up for download.

I have streamlined the PSD files to make them more consistent and easier to understand. There's also a new PSD file for the mouth textures.

Backgrounds were also added to some of the files. The changes were done in Photoshop CS6, and tested in Gimp 2.8.1.4.

*Note- There is a bug with opening the grouped PSDs in Gimp. Some of the layers end up in groups they're not originally in. I don't know if this is an issue with Gimp itself or not.
