Mirialan skin texture for V4.2 tested in Poser Pro 2014 (should work on Poser 7+). Also included 4 different sets of face tattoos. 

I may update this again in the future to add some more tattoo sets for the face, body, and/or arms. I'll probably add a few different skin shades as well.
