For this fluffy issue, you demonstrated the fluffy squirrel. You have ability to overcome a technical problem.
I think the rabbit mat is pretty good actually, though it's more natural than white. For "fluffiness", you could possibly try applying a higher degree of "bump" to the texture, using a black and white version of the fur texture as a bump map? You would probably need to render with a very low shadow bias though to pick up the fine detail, so at lower more …
The clothes to wear are only different. This pose is a favorite pose.
A white rabbit kicks Alice. Triggered by it, the scene where Alice falls into the hole will be laughable.
