I believe that this is a well known room from a well known movie series.

 

No Textures needed.

The Panels should be translucent. If you are working with a non raytracing render engine, transparency with a rough surface should work. The backlights are also created for raytracing. If you can´t use emitting surfaces you need to place lights on every panel. « Less
