Unzip the pose in "My DAZ 3D Library\Presets\Poses" or where your DAZ-Poses are located.

This is a pose for DAZ' Gianni 6 lazy laying on a leather beanbag.
You can even use some other stuff.

It's an obj - freebie from LuxXeon.
You have to load it in DAZ using Files -> import and you have to adjust the size while importing or scaling in DAZ.
