Here's a quick diaper for your Genesis babies. I've included several materials presets, as well as morphs for changing. If the morphs look weird, you've probably posed your Genesis figure; try moving the bones in the diaper figure back to a rest pose - the thigh and abdomen bones affect some areas you won't expect when unfolded.

The displacement map really makes this relatively low-poly model work - if the preview looks a little flat, try rendering in 3Delight. « Less
