Hi Tora. The eye glow was done in 2 stages. In the original DAZ render I used a blue point light to generate the lowlights. Then in CS2 I applied a lens flare filter centred on the eye (in the menu go to filter>render>lens flare). I tweaked the lens type and brightness till I achieved the desired effect
