This is a dialspun V4 face morph in pz2 format.  It requires Victoria 4 Morphs++ and Stephanie 4.  It's more or less based on an actress from Mad About You, but since the real life person has a somewhat generic face defined more by her facial expressions than her features, it's not going to look that much like her unless you really work at it. « Less
