Thank you, DisneyFan! That's why I decided to share - supply of V4 items has slowed, and I have benefitted greatly from others' freebies. At least two more in the pipeline, but my work life has gotten out of hand, lol.

Okay, after four I/O errors, the ZIP is up and it downloaded properly for me. Please comment if you run into any issues with the file. Thank you!

Something odd is going on with the upload tool; it keeps going all the way through and apparently loading the ZIP file... and then nothing. If I can't get it to work after another try or two, I'll delete and start from scratch.
