Cheers! I hate self promotion, but if you liked this guide I'd suggest you follow me (or whatever you do on ShareCG) because I'm working on a second edition of this guide. Correcting some mistakes, expanding what is covered and also will come with a spreadsheet calculator.

This is stellar. And not just for Poser.

Haven't read this yet, but I hear that your lighting manual is highly recommended. Thanks.

Not particularly. Actually I don't attach anything to the construct. I still use older skydomes with .jpegs attached. Although the tutorial covers Poser 11, most of it still relates to earlier versions of Poser for Firefly.
That said, it should still work for images on the construct as it is just geometry with an image attached, just like any other skydome.

Was wondering, when you are talking about the skydome, are you talking about the default construct in Poser Pro 11?

Thank you very much for this!

Found your link through a thread on the SM forums. I just wanted to say THANK YOU!! I have been struggling to get proper lighting rigs ever since I took Poser out of the box. I can set up a light rig in five minutes in DS, but Poser's lights have been giving me absolute fits. Thank you very much for this!
