This is a set of prisoner or slave collars. They are sort of 'hi-tech' in that the come with a couple of glowing lights and an lcd screen.

They are UV mapped and the images on the screen can be changed, so can the displacement/normal maps.

There are both Iray and 3Delight materials. They should work in Studio 4.8 and later.  There is a raw obj in the Runtime/Geometries folder.

Use for any type of render is allowed, private, commercial, what ever.  But no redistribution is allowed. « Less
