Lowpoly character that I made in Cinema 4D and exported in the COLLADA (DAE) 1.4 and 1.5 format.

In the zip file, there are various versions of the model, in the chapter 1 "Identification of the correct version" of the Readme, are explained the differences.

 If they doesn't work properly with your 3D application, try downloading the FBX or U3D versions:

I can already tell you that unfortunately DAZ Studio import the mesh without rig, and Blender just can't import them.
