Remember that until the coming of the modern truck/ambulance, many, perhaps most, in the US were based on Cadillac chassis.... And the same companies that converted them also made hearses, and the very rare Caddy Station Wagons--I've seen 2 '55 Caddy Woodies in my lifetime! 8)

As it is you saying so I'll believe you, but if you painted it black it would look like a credible hotrod hearse :-) Whatever the case, it certainly is a whooping good model as is anything bearing the Birdman seal!
