This is a rather simple concept.  Flatten out Genesis 3 F and stick her on a clothes hanger.  Well, in practice, it's almost as simple, but not quite.  This morph looks ugly...in fact, it looks down right creepy, but fortunately it's not meant to be seen.  You load G3F, dial this up, then load a dress or shirt and you now have something that can pass as being hung on a hanger.  Oh, yeah, make sure you hide G3F before rendering...

Now there are a couple of other things you can do with this.  Since I set it up in the default T-pose and used minimal adjustments to the rigging, most poses work just fine.  With many sitting poses, you can unlock the limits and then bend the model way outside those limits to have the dress thrown over the back of a chair (often, 'Face down' works better than bending the spine backwards), for example.  Doesn't really work to create a pile...but thrown on a bed or sort of laid out on the floor does work.

The other thing is that you can use this for is to create morphs for various articles of clothing.  Simply take your morphed(thanks to autofollow) and posed clothing item; set it to Base Resolution in the Parmeters tab; export it (hide everything EXCEPT the item you want)as an obj file.  Then load a new copy of the clothing (easier and quicker than zeroing out everything) and in Morph Loader, load that obj you just exported to the fresh copy of the original.  Now you'll have morph dial to put it on a hanger, bed, chair, etc, without having to load G3F!  (Yeah, when you know it works, zero the morph, select the clothing and File > Save As > Morph Asset; this now gives you a permanent dial.)

Now, there are no 'user facing files' for this...just a 'raw' dial in Parameters > Actor > Utility > mjc.

A couple of other 'warnings'.  You may need to add/increase Smoothing and Collision iterations.  Some skirts are going to be problems for all but the basic hang morph.  And since this is using G3F, most morphs should work (I wouldn't try things like 'Heavy' though)  and most of the clothing's included morphs will still work (not all will look good), but combining those with poses will allow you to do a very wide range of manipulation of conforming clothing.  But that also means, if you create a morph for an item of clothing it's a personal use (non-redistributable) one...yes, you can still use it in renders and animations.  And a final warning...you may experience texture stretching, especially in the bust area.
