Hi! An excellent rundown with many helpful tips.
BTW there is a fourth way to make DynCreator work with most stubborn props. It involves saving the prop to the DS library as a new asset and messing with its data files (uncompressed) in a text editor to make all the internal names findable by DynCreator.
