The Arit Gate guards the entrance to the fiery passage that leads to  the hall of Judgement, where the weighing of the heart takes place.  It is guarded at one end by jackal-headed Aau, with outstretched arms, and at the other by his counterpart Tekmi.

I've taken a few liberties with this scxene, so its a mishmash of elements from the Book of Gates, the Book fo the Dead and various other things.   DS3 no postwork, best viewed at full resolution. « Less
