All you need is a diffuse map! Apply shader to any skin or skin-like texture, copy the same maps over to Top Coat Bump map, and you are done.

Feel free to use regular Bump/Normal/Displacement channels, but try not using them and see if you like the result.

If you want a more 'wet' look, try brightening the top coat color or setting the top coat glossiness higher. Also try increasing the Top Coat bump to 10.

If the skin looks too pink, add a slight blue or green to SSS reflectance tint, or shift translucency color toward green.

The Skin Noise Scale adds a procedural noise to the effect. Lowering the scale can make the skin look a bit rougher, increasing scale smooths the skin a bit; probably best to leave it alone.
