anyhow, it took me less time thru 3dwings to export the whole than it'd do to start blender and click one file - and wait until something happens. blender is awesome, go free source. my 5-6 y.o laptop doesn't quite agree tho ~

Thanks, this is a nice one! Also there are bunch of online convertors support 3ds. But non of these convert C4D :(

Yeah, but if you are just reading a file into Blender and exporting it immediately, is not going to take THAT much time, unless you have ancient machine.

sadly blender lags a lot on my system too, i can't really use it either...

Blender works fine as a conversion export. Obviously no one reads my Read me in the zip file.

awesome, i was wondering where to find one a few days ago.. but please, can you upload it as an .obj too? DS can't read 3ds, and hexagon crashes... EDIT: i found a workaround im-exporting through wings3d. thanks a lot, great item ^^
