Here is a simple nailed notice for your use.  The texture set is somewhat basic, so any writing will need to be added to the diffuse texture or added in postwork.  As with pretty much all of my stuff, use it as you see fit both for commercial as well as personal renders, just don't claim it as your own or redistribute it without permission.  I would love to see what you come up with using it. « Less
