I don't know, Birdman, but the whole thing looks to me suspiciously like something that the farmer himself cabbaged together from miscellaneous parts out in the driveshed. The frame itself looks rather like an automobile frame. Is that a roll of toilet paper next to the engine? Probably necessary equipment to operate it. :)
