My contribution to this model is:
1. I selectively reworked the mesh to add details and make it look better in Daz Studio.
2. I assigned the material zones.
3. I rigged it so the parts can move conveniently.
4. I made some convenient materials presets.
5. Added 4 wall pictures that you can omit.
6. Made it modular so you can omit significant parts as desired (Gut the thing and put your own items inside).

SHORTCOMINGS
This 3D model ain’t perfect. It’s construction reflects my current beginner’s skill level with Blender and Daz.
But it looks ok from a typical distance, I think.
You must supply your own kitchen faucet, electrical outlets and wall switches, water level in the toilet, and toilet paper.
