A common item in posh homes of the 19th Century, such tea carts were perfect for entertaining during tea time. The drop-leaf style was also common in hotels, both as a sweets trolly in the restaurant, or as a portable table for enjoying a relaxing room service meal. Like many of my models, this was created out of necessity, because I needed a good tea cart and could not find a model that really pleased me. It is a rather simple model, with few bells and whistles – the only moving parts are the two drop-down table leaves.
I have included several material presets, to match a variety of settings. You can of course modify any of the textures to suit your own needs of you have the skills and inclination to do so.
