These were great and worked for a while but now they do not work at all. Everything is installed where it should be but I get these errors.

The example below is what happens now for all of the presets you made.
I have a feeling it has something to do with the latest version of Daz Studio. As I did not have this issue before now.

I upgraded from v1.5 but I still can't see them. It says it's there but they're not. I'm running Daz 4.14. And I can't find anything that says setup metadata. Help!

Well I passed the patch, thanks for the info Ghoyer

However, the shaders are not displayed in the object surface, they are gray while the settings are ok in the surface tab
And indeed some shader names do not match, the images are not found

Could someone send a logfile from when the setup script does not run to me at omniflux@omniflux.com? If DS crashes, it is usually because the MDL path did not get mapped (which is what the setup script does).

Looks cool, but can't get it to work so far. Setup script will not run. Applying a shader prompts me to search for texture files, and doesn't seem like the names always match? (I tried to apply dark burlap, was asked to find the "burlap.png" texture, but the texture in my folder was "Burlap.burlap_dark.png".) Then when I tried to switch to iray preview, DAZ crashed.

Thanks Omniflux! A few tips: If, like me, you installed the Nvidia mdl files in a non-default directory then you need to set the MDL path to that folder - otherwise when you apply the shader and render, DS will crash. My next problem, like others, occurred when I ran the setup script. It wouldn't run. No worries, you can set the MDL path yourself. First you need to open the Shader Mixer more …

The program shuts down by applying a shader. I am using an old Nvidia GForce 970. Maybe that is the answer. What a pity.
