This is a repost of Richard Mandel/Digital Explorations (https://www.deviantart.com/digitalexplorations) conversion of the David Metlesits Federation class dreadnought model to OBJ format. The image is a render by Digital Explorartions.

The Federation class dreadnought appeared for the first time in the Franz Joseph Star Fleet Technical Manual of 1975, a faux technical publication that expanded on the world of Star Trek. A member of this class (USS Entente, NCC-2120) was mentioned in background radio chatter in TMP. This class entered service a few years before their Constitution class bethren, and was refitted along them in the 2270s.
