A 17 to 18-year-old experiment I've had sitting in my Runtime. I decided to retexture and release it as a puzzle for people to figure out how it works.

Note: unlike most "working tank treads", it isn't done with morphs. 

This is a small chassis with three pairs of wheels, with each side's three all connected by a working tank-like continuous track. If you grab the top wheels (the only ones accessible normally unless you hack at things) there's a dial that says "Roll 'em". If you twist that, all the wheels go, and the treads go with. (It's up to you to move it forward the right amount.)

It's actually a very simple trick, but not the sort of thing you can make in the setup room. It's a definite CR2 hack.  

(This might well make DAZ Stupido literally explode, so I wouldn't try it there. Lots of people seem to be unable to read that my stuff is consistently in a Poser category on a site that also has a DAZ Studio category, then complaining that free things don't work where they were never designed to nor claimed to. So I apparently have to spell that out.) « Less
