THIS IS JUST AN EMPTY ROOM, AND YOU HAVE TO FILL WITH PROPERTIES. If needed Additional Textures, from your DAZ3d Shader Presets.

This is a light weight Bathroom movie set with properties like Chest, Washbasin, Commode, Bathtub, Showever Parition and cloth rod. It is modelled in Blender, and added Daz lights and colors to walls. You can either use it as is, or add textures to your liking from "Shader Presets", to suit your needs.

The first few pictures is what you will get. The last picture is how it appears, when you add some objects and textures to it.
