I have included a pose preset for the feet.  It should be applied after the boots are fit to the G8 model.
Since the boots themselves are somewhat rigid, the heel springs are part of the shin, and some poses deform the heel springs.  Generally, applying high heel poses to the Genesis model is good enough, though some extreme poses will deform the heel springs.  For most poses, you will want to lock the foot bend dial for each foot, though with some poses, it's not necessary to do this.

Generally, I apply the figure pose with the foot unlocked and see if it would look better with the foot locked.  With some minor tweaking, you can get the boot and heel spring to look pretty close to normal.

You will most likely want to turn the toes off, at least.  You may want to turn the feet off as well.  Both of them are covered by the boots but sometimes you get clipping.
