To make light-bars glow, they are object: ceiling__1, material: Red2. No need to mask, just use super-ambient or Cycles Surface Emission. I had to render via CPU as model complexity beat my twin GPU cards.
FWIW, loading PP2 called refimg.jpg, CUP_bc_01.jpg and dpl01.psd, not supplied.
