In the Star Trek: The Animated Series episode "The Time Trap" the Enterprise and a Klingon ship get trapped into a time warp that draws them into the Delta Triangle, a sort of dimensional Sargasso Sea where ships have been trapped over the centuries. One of the ships trapped is the Bonaventure, referred in dialogue as "the first ship with Warp Drive installed" whatever they may have meant with that.
