Thank you for getting back to me, and as per your suggestion I turned down the saturation of SSS. Since unfortunately I couldn't replicate the problem, I'll need to know if the updated files fixed the problem for you.

I don't think so, this is the only figure I have with the problem. It looks like the red you are using for the skin in the SSS color is fully saturated (255). Drop it down to 253 and it will fix the problem.

To better describe the problem, search for Nino for G3M (by Faber Inc) at Daz3d and look at the preview image in the search results (don't open the product, that image is no more …

You beated daz to it. Usually, I wait for new version of Michael to come out before I even think of male figures, because when it comes out other male characters follow. So imagine my suprise to find this gem on here. The figure is very believable and the skin came out superb in most lighting set ups I tried. For once I don't regret wasting 5 dolars. I will do more testing but to me it appears there's something up with your Daz install, which is beyond my scope of help.

I tried loading the archcived files into a fresh Daz install, as well as tried it on several computers but failed to replicate the issue. I would like to help you but I will need more information on this. So far it seems like one of those rare instances where something in daz misbehaves. The skin uses tweaked Genesis 8 shaders so it shouldn't be acting this way.

When I load the character, the SSS appears to be off. The shadows are glowing red, especially from the neck down. With similar lighting as your promo, the dark areas glow red (neck, arms, body, legs).
