I have a license copy of 2010 which is roughtly 8 pro but it did not come with a quick ref guide.  so I cannot tell you how to print the one you have.  What I did though was do a search for it and I find that there is one that if you download should be printable.  

Actually I just printed it out to see and it indeeds prints though it is 10 pages long.  I believe it will be helpful to you  Go Here to download it.  It is Titled "Beginner’s Guide to Poser 8 User Interface" third one down.
