Here's a hint and trick ... when a recipe calls for milk I substitute powdered creamer mixed with water (about 3 tablespoons for a half cup of water). Flavored creamers work too and can add a little zest to a recipe. I'm getting a little lactose intolerant in my old age so I have to watch how much milk I drink. LOL
