NB- After downloading the EXE, I changed the extension to ZIP and decompressed the file using Stuffit Expander- that worked, I got a folder with the expected Runtime structure inside. Problem solved!

Hmm! Like McGyver there, I'm a Mac guy so not going to be able to run the EXE, but maybe I can get to some of the components nonetheless. Thanks for posting!
