These tutorials cover polygon modelling simple cloth objects like blankets, towels, and a basic dress. They also attempt to define some "rules" on the drape and flow of cloth, to help in the creation of your own models. Although the videos are all from Cheetah 3D, they don't use any application specific tools, so you should be able to follow them in the 3D program of your choice.
