Modelled by terrains and lattices after real photo material these ones should match easily your needs for such if used combined with each other. This means, best results will be reached by adjusting varying values for transparency, specularity and the like for each single layer if you use them duplicated "into depth" onion-layerwise.
Please note that the result and behaviour will depend on your own scene with it`s individual lighting, sky, fog and so on - you will have to fiddle around with them, anyway...
