Here is another base prop for Poser. This one is a stone platform built from green marble similar to the Connemara marble found in Ireland. Use it to display your favorite wizards, druids, saints (I.e Saint Patrick), etc. on. I didn't happen to have wizard, saint or druid handy so I used used Jessi. (Figure isn't included.) Some notes about using the base: When you load it into your scene you will notice the inside edges of the outer wall appear smeared. I don't know why this is. I'm getting the hang of mapping these objects still; however the problem goes away during rendering. You will note that it still looks not quite right; therefore I have included the original bitmap that I used to draw the image map on for you to play around with to make your own maps with. As with my other props I've labled this one 'Limited use with credits' But I want to stress that I only expect you to credit me if for example you redistribute the zip package on your own site. I do NOT expect you to paste my name all over your rendered images. I can't overstress that. I've had a lot of fun bringing you this prop and I hope you have as much fun using it. The Green Marble Base I originally uploaded had a shader value which was set too high on the displacement causing it to render like the floor of some sort of spike pit instead of the bumpy surface I intended. I have fixed the oversight and replaced the file. (If you liked the spiky look just set the displacement values up again to your liking.)
