Ever want to make a big, biligerant statement? Need to clear a place out in a hurry when folks get loud and ornery? This here is the shootin' iron to do it. The Antimasher is a big, mean antimatter raygun that fires positrons contained in a high energy lazer beam until they hit their target then it's kablooey!* So what ever your problem whether it be interplanetary rustlers, asteroid claim-jumpers or just a loud and rowdy star-saloon, the Antimasher will quiet things down in a hurry (after the smoke and fallout clears). If the lazerbeams don't get 'em the pepperin' of positrons will! All your rough, tough space cowboys'll want one.
The Antimasher is not only big and mean, it's also stylish. The butt is made of carved Walnut burl (which tells you it's an antique since Walnuts went extinct way back when when Earth exploded because everybody was carrying Antimashers around) and the dark blued metal is offset by the dull glow of Corinthian Brozne (the formula for which was obtained via time travle to ancient Corinth). Shiny chrome accents and just a hint of rust, dust, and tarnish give the gun plenty of character.
*(Note the deliberate misspelling of laser. While a genuine laser beam is a beam of coherent light and the name is an acronym for Light Amplification through Stimulated Emissions of Radiation, 'lazer' with a Z is not real word and could imply anything.)
Oh, and, as a final public safety warning, please do not attempt to play with antimatter in real life as doing so could result in a blown up county and a really bad day!
Finally after a months long hiatus I bring you another Poser Prop. This is the fourth in my series of rayguns. As a little side note here it should have been uploaded months ago, but I kept encountering setback after nagging little setback and finally decided to commence with another project for a while. The Antimasher (Which is a word play on 'antimatter) is fully shaded and textured and ready to go. It's scaled to the hand size of H3 and includes a hand pose for him. In this design, Old West meets classic Pulp! The textures are a little simpler than usual on this model but there are some reflective surfaces with ray tracing so you may wish to turn that feature on when rendering. It renders a bit slowly though so keep that in mind. The model was made in TS4.3 and made into a prop in Poser 6. It wasn't tested in other Poser versions or DAZ Studio. There is a Poser 6 material setting on the shading so keep that in mind when trying to install it in other versions or in DAZ.
I hope you enjoy my latest prop. Sorry it took so long!
