Howdy Pardners!
Have you ever been goin' hard n' heavy in a 'friendly' game of high stakes Plutonian Poker and suspected the guy across the table had an ace up his sleeve? Did you want to give him a piece of your mind in a big way? Next time have this hot little number handy and you can do just that. The Angry Hornet is proof that big stings really do come in small packages after all. This diminutive sized Photon-Thrower packs a walloping punch firing lazer blasts with the power of a fifty caliber Old Earth antiarcraft gun (and what ever that was it must have been powerful)! It's the perfect way to blast that nasty cheater in front of you-and the next three nasty cheaters behind him as well!
Gun enthusiasts and history buffs the world over are familiar with the Deringer or as it's called today, the 'Mini Revolver'. A tiny pistol that was small enough to hide in a sleeve, boot or bodice. They were often worn when guns were prohibited yet people refused to go unarmed. They were often inaccurate and unreliable-and at the ranges you would be using them they didn't have to be. The 'Angry Hornet' is a raygun inspired by these tiny pistols and is the fifth in my Steampunk line of Rayguns. Its sleek design coupled with its fashionable styling and its butt of carved Venusian Tuskworm Ivory will make it the perfect accessory for all your Space Cowboys and galactic 'gentlemen'.
The Angry Hornet comes with all all the textures, materials and environment maps you need to render it right away and includes a seamless chrome environment map you can use on your other projects. The 'Hornet renders a little slowly due to raytraced reflection and refraction and a touch of displacement so take that into account when deciding how you want to use it and how much resource you have for your render. It's scaled to the hand size of Hiro 3.
As always the 'limited use with credits' designation refers only to -redistributing the material. You may use your rendered images and animations in any way you see fit.
Thanks for dowloading. Happy Posing!
