This is a Poser 5/6+ and Daz Studio 3+ add-on model for The Lexx. This is a 3 part model of the Lexx's weapon. I created these models. The weapon is in 3 stages. The first is a "swarm" of particles around the "eyes" of the bug. The second has the swarm focusing on a spot in front of the Lexx as the destructive filament of the main weapon forms. The third is a long, cylindrical, sideways shape that simulates the planet-slicing filament. The 3rd part is an independent item that can be moved away from The Lexx as needed. The first 2 were modeled using mcasual's isosurface modeler for Daz Studio. The 3rd is just a cylinder primitive. Adjust lighting and reflection as needed or use an area light to make the 3rd part glow. IMPORTANT!!! The surfaces in Daz Studio and Poser are handled differently, so there is no way to duplicate the surface tiling of the transmap that is used for all 3 weapon props in the pp2 file. For Daz Studio, dsa MAT files are provided. Poser users will need to fix the tiling in the material room. The recommended tiling is: Weapon 1&2: 4x4 tiling Weapon 3: 50x1 (50 vertical x 1 horizontal) This model is suitable only for personal and fan-art renders, not commercial renders, as it is a character from a copyrighted TV show. « Less
