This is the first of a series of pulp comic cover art I created using a website called pulp-o-mizer.  The site allows you to create an array of vintage style comic book covers in virtually endless styles. 

This particular design portrays a lighthearted parody of technical magazines such as Popular Science and Popular Mechanics.  The articles advise and advocate the reader to perform a number of potentially extremely hazardous madcap experiments and projects 'at home'- without giving any safety advise or forewarning of the consequences!
