Welcome friends and thank you for again taking an interest in my latest (very late at that) prop. I haven't uploaded anything in quite a while now and it feels very good to be back in the saddle. This humble prop which should have taken about 4-5 days to make actually ended up taking three YEARS from start to finish due to complications, setbacks and LOSING the necessary software! But here it is. I sure hope you like it! LOL.
The Chaos Crystal is another of my series of 'Magical Impliments', fantasy artifacts designed with the mystical in mind. This strange, striated crystal with its deep red coloration is composed of odd angles and is slightly fearful to look at. Similar to my 'Peculiar Stone' but larger, it could go in a magician's tower, in the depths of a subterranian cavern, or in the bowels of a dungeon. Or just put it in your yard for home decor. It's all up to you. Good? Evil? Just shiny. Will it corrupt a king? Cause an empire to fall? Allow some despot to conquer the world? Sell at Sotheby's for 6 million Pounds? You decide!
The Chaos Crystal comes in two handy versions for what ever you need to do with it. Two props are included pre surfaced with a refractive and non refractive material. Choose the version that fits your needs, then scale, translate and rotate it to your liking. Stick Krystal in it, Let's see the Krazoas get her out of this one! Change the bump, refract, reflect and transparency settings to your liking. Then Render away!
Please take note that the prop renders slowly so be patient or adjust the render settings for best results. I have tested the prop in both Poser 8 and Poser 6 successfully but not in Daz Studio.
